While the design and colors of the mat we purchased is great, it arrived from Mad Mats in an unusable condition. The edges were puckered which constitutes a tripping hazard as well as being unsightly. Despite contacting the company and sending photos, Mad Mats response was "this condition does not qualify for a warranty return, replacement, or refund." We are very much unsatisfied with the response and the condition of the mat. This was not our first Mad Mats purchase, but the previous mat was purchased at a retailer where we could actually see the mat laid flat. Our suggestion is that you not purchase directly from the company, but at a retailer where you can "test drive" the product.

Because of the woven nature and hand-finished manufacturing of the product, we cannot guarantee every one will be the same. Our mats come rolled up with sturdy packaging to prevent any permanent creases so by placing some furniture on the edges, or simply allowing the mat to lay for a while, you will be able to achieve the perfectly flat lay that we all love! You may also be interested in our heavy-duty velcro that ensures mats stay in place while still allowing you to pick them up to shake them off when needed!

Love my new Mad Mats rugs. This is the third time I've ordered and have always been very pleased. The rugs look great and are very durable. Can't recommend too highly.
It looks so pretty, it does not absorb water, and I love it
The mat is well made and the quality is there. A pattern with straight lines is difficult. I cannot get the lines even. So, it is distracting.
I ordered the two mats at the same time. The dye lots are different, the larger of the two mats is the color and shades depicted in the picture, very soft. The 6X9 is much darker
Have had several Mad Mats thru the years and always amazed how well they are holding up, so I keep coming back.
Love the color. Quality is great. Will probably get two more for our patio

Love my new 8x10 Turkish inspired Mad Mat! I bought it to go in my screened tent on my deck and it really makes it elegant.
We Love our Mad Mats. They are good looking, sturdy and very useful around the pool. The colors of this one match the many of the colors we use around the pool, including the pool house, which is painted in a similar color scheme! They are long lasting. We've used them several years before replacing. They stay outside on the deck in the sun and rain all spring/summer/fall.
This is our third Mad Mat. We had another one just like this which finally wore out after probably 10 years of use. We love it!
Beautiful, vibrant colors, looks great. Love that it doesn't hold water. It is lightweight, so furniture or another rug is needed to hold it down. I have a mat I purchased last year that still looks brand new. Quality has been great so far.
Beautiful color..... No fade....Lays flat. It's a great accent and really brightens up the front porch.
I had Madmats that I purchased during Covid and they were great. So it was time to get new ones because they were starting to peel but 5 years was good. When I got the new ones I found them to be crooked and the middle looks like they were sewn or seamed but was noticeable because of the color.
I really like how these mats clean so easily and don’t get soaked when it rains. However, the two I ordered this year are a bit crooked at the ends. The one bought last year is not. Also, they are having a tough time lying flat. I am going to put rug tape on them to train the ends down.
